This video is  essentially a compilation of bikram yoga in it's ancient original form - hatha yoga or hot hatha yoga. Beautifully shot on the shores of Maui, and mixed with music and nature sounds, Jennifer Lynne guides us through the hatha yoga poses that bikram has also adapted to his routine as well.  This routine is also done in hot humid conditions in accordance with the ancient principals of yoga - "hot yoga".
